Amsterdam/Dublin/London/Singapore: 13 August 2026: Specialist regional aircraft lessor, TrueNoord, has delivered an E195LR on a five-year operating lease to Air Montenegro, supporting the flag carrier’s continued growth and regional network development. The aircraft, MSN 19000471, was delivered in late July and has begun operating intra-European regional routes from its base in Podgorica, Montenegro.
The aircraft is a significant addition to Air Montenegro’s fleet as it steadily increases its capacity in line with regional demand. Michael Adams, Sales Director Europe and Executive Director of TrueNoord Services Ireland, comments, “Air Montenegro is a developing and strengthening operator providing enhanced connectivity for the people of Montenegro and visitors to the country. We are pleased to deliver an aircraft solution that aligns with this modern flag carrier’s operational requirements and ambitions.
“The E195LR is widely recognised for its efficiency and flexibility on short- to medium-haul regional services, making it a strong fit for Air Montenegro, a carrier that recognises the benefits of operating right-sized aircraft when opening new routes and increasing frequencies.”
Vukadin Stojanovic, CEO of Air Montenegro, said, “We look forward to TrueNoord becoming a trusted long-term partner and assisting our growth in the region. The addition of this Embraer E195LR gives us the right capacity and route options to strengthen our network and continue providing important connectivity for Montenegro.”
Adams continues, “This lease demonstrates TrueNoord’s ability to provide regional operators across Europe with aircraft and support structures tailored to meet their needs, while helping them develop sustainable and effective route networks.”
